# AI Impact Awards

No purchase is necessary to participate. Participation constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.

### Sponsor

The AI Impact Awards is sponsored by Amplitude, Inc., 201 Third Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94103.

### Program Period

The program begins on April 1 at 12:00 AM PT and ends on April 30 at 11:59 PM PT. Sponsor systems serve as the official timekeeping method.

### Eligibility

Open to eligible Amplitude customers who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. Employees, affiliates, contractors, and immediate family or household members of Sponsor are not eligible.

### How to Participate

Eligible participants may submit an entry through the official submission form. Each entry must include the business problem or opportunity, how Amplitude AI was used, and the resulting business outcome with measurable impact where possible.
