# Amplitude Agents

Amplitude AI Agents act as goal-oriented AI experts in Amplitude. Agents use analytics, session replay, experiment, guides, survey, and other account data. Agents surface insights, investigate issues, generate hypotheses, and recommend actions.

## How Agents work with Amplitude

Amplitude AI Agents use data from across your account to understand user behavior. Agents have more context and can recommend more relevant actions when your Amplitude setup includes analytics, session replays, experimentation, guides, and surveys.

The first Amplitude Agents focus on common tasks, such as monitoring dashboards, analyzing session replays in bulk, and optimizing website conversion.

Select a dashboard or define a goal to get started. Example goals include improving trial-to-paid conversion and increasing feature adoption. After you set the context and instructions, the Agent analyzes your data for patterns, identifies issues, and recommends next steps. The Agent can also complete approved actions. Examples include running an experiment or sending targeted guidance to specific user segments.

Create and schedule multiple agents to identify key takeaways and improvement areas across your product. Agents can send insights and actions to Slack, Amplitude, and email.

Use natural language to guide the Agent's work. Add custom instructions and context to improve accuracy and relevance. Then review insights and approve recommendations. Amplitude manages orchestration by combining models from OpenAI, Claude through AWS Bedrock, and Gemini with Amplitude memory and tooling.
