# AI Feedback Auto Analysis

AI Feedback is now easier to organize and much easier to monitor in near "real-time". You can set each source to be auto-analyzed every 15 minutes, hourly, or daily, add custom labels to automatically tag incoming feedback, insights, and trends, browse all feedback in one unified feed, and build anomaly detection charts on top of feedback data that alerts you when specific types of feedback spike.

## What it is

**Description:** AI Feedback is now easier to organize and much easier to monitor in near "real-time".

**Why:** As AI Feedback expands across more source types, teams need better ways to organize product feedback and spot important changes faster. These updates make it easier to structure feedback around each team’s product areas, refresh analysis on a cadence that matches how quickly feedback is coming in, and create customized monitoring for the kinds of feedback that matter most.

**What’s new:** • Set refresh cadence per source from the Sources table so each source is auto-analyzed every 15 minutes, hourly, or daily. • Create custom labels in AI Feedback settings to automatically categorize feedback, insights, and trends. • Use those labels for filtering, sorting, search, and added context in mentions. • Use labels and other filters with AI Feedback events in Chart Builder anomaly detection to create custom alerts when certain kinds of feedback spike. • Browse a new Feedback tab that unifies feedback across connected sources into one searchable feed with extracted takeaways.

**Where:** AI Feedback → Settings for labels, Feedback tab, Sources table for cadence controls, and Chart Builder / anomaly detection using Feedback events.

**When:** Live now!
