Change the unit of currency your project uses

This page hasn't yet been translated into your language. We're working on it, so check back soon.

Amplitude Analytics displays the United States dollar ($) by default. Managers and admins can change the currency symbol Amplitude displays for a project.

Changing the currency display doesn't modify or convert the underlying data.

To modify the currency display for a project:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Organization settings > Projects to view a list of your projects.
  2. Select the project whose currency display you want to modify.
  3. Click United States ($) in General to open the drop-down for Currency Display.
  4. Select the currency from the drop-down list.

This updates the currency display. The new currency is now visible for all users. This chart shows a modified display currency from United States ($) to UK (£).

After you make this change, the new currency appears in:

  • Revenue LTV charts.
  • Revenue metrics in Event Segmentation charts.
  • Revenue metrics in Data Tables charts.
  • Dashboard or notebook versions of those charts.
