Import Decagon conversations into Agent Analytics
이 페이지는 아직 귀하의 언어로 번역되지 않았습니다. 현재 작업 중이므로 곧 다시 확인해 주십시오.
The Decagon integration forwards Decagon conversations and CSAT ratings into Agent Analytics. A scheduled job in your infrastructure pulls conversations from Decagon's conversation export API, maps them to [Agent] events, and sends them to the Amplitude HTTP API. Amplitude then builds sessions and turns, and runs built-in signals.
Set up with your AI coding agent (recommended)
Paste this prompt into your AI coding agent, such as Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, or Codex. The agent fetches the guide, builds the job, and starts with a dry run.
Connect our Decagon conversations to Amplitude Agent Analytics.
Fetch https://raw.githubusercontent.com/amplitude/Amplitude-AI-Node/main/docs/integrations/decagon.md
and follow "Part 2: Coding agent procedure". Start with a dry run.
The agent stops and asks for values it can't infer, such as which field holds your user ID. Review its changes, then verify with the steps in Get started.
What this means for you
- You run: A job on a schedule, for example hourly. Run one job per Decagon account.
- You need: A Decagon API key from the Decagon dashboard and your Amplitude project API key.
- Your widget must pass: Your own user ID to Decagon, so sessions join your product analytics.
The guide's field mapping comes from Decagon's archived export documentation and a public connector, not a live Decagon account. Confirm the field names against your own export before you rely on them.
What carries over
| Data | Carries over |
|---|---|
| Turns and session grouping | Yes |
| CSAT | Yes, as [Agent] Score events named csat |
| Model, tokens, and cost | No, they aren't in Decagon's export |
| Tool and action calls | No, they aren't in the documented export |
Freshness and limits
- Settle time: The job forwards a conversation after 2 hours with no updates.
- Rate limits: Decagon allows 1 request per second, and the job spaces its requests to match.
- CSAT changes: Amplitude drops a CSAT rating that changes within 7 days of the first send as a duplicate.
Get started
Follow the Decagon integration guide. Start with a dry run on a narrow window, check Live Events and the session viewer, then re-run the window to confirm it adds no duplicates.
