Extole
Extole is the Customer-Led Growth platform. Marketers use Extole to turn their customers into a primary vehicle for acquisition, awareness, and activation, fighting rising paid media costs. With Extole's SaaS platform and experts, marketers launch programs such as refer-a-friend, friends and family, and challenges, personalized to behavioral segments. Customer-Led Growth drives revenue and generates a unique source of first-party data.
This integration sends Amplitude events automatically into your Extole campaigns. After you configure your Extole campaigns and the Amplitude integration, view a live stream of events using Extole's Event Live View. Use Amplitude events to trigger emails, fulfill rewards, create audiences, and track user activity in Extole.
Use cases
- Turn customers into a vehicle for growth and acquisition: Send Amplitude events and audiences automatically to power personalized Refer-a-Friend programs.
- Activate and un-stick customers: Send Amplitude events and audiences automatically to power Challenges, which use rewards to motivate customers to take specific actions based on where they are in their customer journey.
- Build loyalty with better customer experiences: Send Amplitude events and audiences automatically to power programs such as Surprise-and-Delight and Friends-and-Family that thank and build brand loyalty with VIPs and super-users.
Limits
- Extole doesn't have hard limits on quantity or velocity. Requests sent too quickly may be throttled and return a 429 response. Amplitude automatically retries throttled events, which resolves the temporary throttling.
- Requests must be smaller than 2MB.
Considerations
Note the following when sending events to Extole:
- Enable this integration in each Amplitude project you want to use it in.
- To create and unify user records in Extole, map the Amplitude
user_idproperty to the user's email address in Extole. Extole strongly recommends a secondaryuser_idmapping using theunique_idproperty, which is typically a numeric string value for how you identify a unique user in your system. If a user has aunique_idor email that doesn't exist in Extole, Extole creates a new user. - Amplitude sends selected user, event, and group properties with the event.
