Amplitude Pioneer Awards Terms and Conditions
These Amplitude Pioneer Awards Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between Amplitude, Inc. ("Amplitude") and you or the entity you represent ("you"). By submitting for or participating in the awards program ("Awards"), you confirm that you have read, understand and agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility Requirements
The Pioneer Awards ("Awards") is open to all individuals and teams in the product, growth and analytics space worldwide. Teams can include up to three (3) people maximum.
A submission ("Nomination") must be made in one of the four (4) categories listed above. There is no limit to the number of Nominations that may be submitted by any person. A Nomination may only be submitted by a completed Google form. The person submitting the Nomination must provide a valid company email address in the completed Google Nomination form.
Nominations must be submitted no later than 5.00 p.m. PT on November 25, 2020.
Amplitude is not responsible for any Nominations lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
2. Unacceptable Material
Nominations that contain pornographic material, propagate "hate" messages, make defamatory statements, or which are otherwise extraordinarily offensive or violate any law or regulation are not eligible. Amplitude may reject or disqualify, in its sole discretion, any Nomination that Amplitude deems inappropriate.
The person submitting the Nomination is responsible for the legality, originality and copyright of the Nomination.
Amplitude will not make any content in the Nomination public without the nominee’s (whether or not an individual or team) permission.
Ineligible Nominations may be disqualified at any time without notification in Amplitude’s sole discretion.
4. Acknowledgement of Submissions
All Nominations must be submitted through the Amplitude Pioneer Awards Google Form submission form. Nominations will not be accepted via email or other channels unless announced otherwise via the official Amplify website or technical difficulties prevent Google Form from receiving Nominations.
The person submitting the Nomination will receive a Google Form confirmation message and an email when a Nomination has been received.
Nominations will not be returned and will become the sole property of Amplitude after the Nominations are submitted through the Google Form submission form.
5. Selection Criteria
Nominations will be evaluated on the quality and relevance of the Nomination by qualified judges in the growth and product community.
- Nominations will be judged anonymously.
- Selection will not be based on use or knowledge of Amplitude the product or any of its technology partners.
- Selection is agnostic to any tools or analysis methodologies mentioned in the Nomination.
- Final winners for each category will be notified via email on or following December 4, 2020, followed by social media announcements the following week.
- Amplitude’s decision on all matters arising from or related to the Awards and Nomination is final and legally binding.
6. Award Prizes
The prize for each winner in the categories identified above is: (1) tickets for up to three team members for Amplify 2021; (2) speaking slot onstage at Amplify 2021; and (3) a gift package worth around $150 USD.
Prizes are non-transferable.
Winners must claim their award by December 4, 2020 by notifying Amplitude in writing that they will accept the award. If winners in any category choose not to claim their award, then the award may be awarded by Amplitude to a different individual or team that meets the selection criteria.
Winners agree to allow Amplitude to publicize their company as a winner on the Amplitude Awards website, via marketing communication channels, and with the press.
The date and timing of the spotlight blog post on Amplitude’s blog will be determined by Amplitude in Amplitude’s sole discretion.
The organizer of Amplify 2020 is Amplitude, Inc., 631 Howard Street, 3rd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94105.
