Amplitude is not responsible for any Nominations lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
2. Unacceptable Material
Nominations that contain pornographic material, propagate "hate" messages, make defamatory statements, or which are otherwise extraordinarily offensive or violate any law or regulation are not eligible. Amplitude may reject or disqualify, in its sole discretion, any Nomination that Amplitude deems inappropriate.
The person submitting the Nomination is responsible for the legality, originality and copyright of the Nomination.
Amplitude will not make any content in the Nomination public without the nominee’s (whether or not an individual or team) permission.
3. Disqualification
Ineligible Nominations may be disqualified at any time without notification in Amplitude’s sole discretion.
4. Acknowledgement of Submissions
All Nominations must be submitted through the Amplitude Pioneer Awards UserEvidence Application form. Nominations will not be accepted via email or other channels unless announced otherwise via the official Amplitude website or technical difficulties prevent UserEvidence from receiving Nominations.
The person submitting the Nomination will receive a UserEvidence confirmation message and an email when a Nomination has been received.
Nominations will not be returned and will become the sole property of Amplitude after the Nominations are submitted through the UserEvidence application form.
5. Selection Criteria
Nominations will be evaluated on the quality and relevance of the Nomination by qualified judges in the growth, marketing and product community.
- Nominations will be judged anonymously.
- Selection will not be based on use or knowledge of Amplitude the product or any of its technology partners.
- Selection is agnostic to any tools or analysis methodologies mentioned in the Nomination.
- Final winners for each category will be notified via email by the first week of January, followed by social media announcements that following week.
- Amplitude’s decision on all matters arising from or related to the Awards and Nomination is final and legally binding.
6. Award Prizes
The prize for each winner in the categories identified above is: (1) a trophy; (2) a gift package valued around $150 USD; and (3) a behind-the-scenes look at the Amplitude Product Roadmap with Amplitude’s Product team.
Prizes are non-transferable.
Winners must claim their award by February 1, 2025 by notifying Amplitude in writing that they will accept the award. If winners in any category choose not to claim their award, then the award may be awarded by Amplitude to a different individual or team that meets the selection criteria.
