Get Down to Core Metrics, Throw Away the Rest
  • Define the properties of good vs bad metrics, including industry- and user journey-specific examples
  • Focus on essential user journeys and table stakes events you really need to track
  • Live exercises to define key metrics
  • A lot of live examples using templates to build their own metrics
  • Goal output: revised suite of metrics for your team (get down to 6 metrics, the other stuff doesn’t matter)
