Yes — the live session and Slack community support are completely free for all Amplitude customers. The optional 1:1 with a Human37 specialist is also free, and becomes available to book once you've attended a live session.

Nothing — just show up with your Amplitude account set up and any questions you already have. The session is designed for people who are just getting started, so there's no prior knowledge or preparation required.
Sessions run every two weeks. Each session covers the same core content, so you can join whenever works for you — no need to wait for a specific cohort to start.
Sessions are currently offered at 9am Pacific / 12pm Eastern / 6pm Central European Time. Time zone availability may expand as the program grows.
No problem — a recording will be sent to all registrants within 24 hours of the session. Sessions also run every two weeks, so you can always join live next time. Each session covers the same core content, so you won't miss anything either way.
1:1 booking links are sent in the follow-up email after each live session. From there you can book a 30-minute slot with a Human37 implementation specialist at a time that works for you.
Use the time however you need — reviewing your tracking plan, validating your instrumentation approach, or working through any questions before you go live. There's no set agenda; it's your time with an expert.
The program is designed for customers who haven't sent data yet and are getting started with implementation. If you've been on Amplitude for a while but feel like your setup could be stronger, you're still welcome — the session covers best practices that are useful at any early stage.
The live session and 1:1 are designed to get most new customers up and running. If your needs go beyond that — migrations, complex data architectures, or enterprise-scale taxonomy work — Human37 offers professional services that can be scoped separately. Yes. Additional sessions will be offered as needed based on demand. Sessions may cover topics like alternative instrumentation methods, data validation and QA, and leveraging Amplitude's AI capabilities. Keep an eye on the community events page for new sessions as they're announced.
