Description: Our platform is going AI-native with the launch of 3 incredible innovations:

• Global Agent: a powerful AI agent that can answer data questions, create artifacts, and take action across the entire platform (also available via Slack).
• Specialized Agents: a set of 4 agents that work 24/7 in the background focusing on dashboard monitoring, feedback synthesis, session replay watching, and website CRO.
• MCP: a connector for Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and others that brings behavioral insights everywhere customers work.

Why: Analytics is fundamentally difficult; many struggle to get started and find meaningful insights. The Global Agent and Specialized Agents lower the barrier for novices and allow power users to significantly increase their impact. MCP will change how and where product analytics takes place by enabling agents in other products to leverage our data.
