Description:

• We added new REST API endpoints to manage annotation categories and access new annotation fields (like end date). HC Docs have been updated with the new API.
• Quality of life improvement: allow bulk copying annotations across projects (from the manage annotations table in project settings). This was a requested feature.
• Quality of life improvement: hovering over an annotation in the popup will highlight its corresponding date line in the chart. If the annotation spans a range, the entire range will be highlighted. This will help customers that have a lot of annotations to comb through in their charts.
• Quality of life improvement: Annotation categories for portfolio apps have a tooltip to show the category's source app (to help customers pick the correct one in chart view).

A number of our customers actually use our REST API to manage a large number of annotations. We wanted to let them access the new category functionality that we added over the summer. Also made a number of quality of life improvements to improve usability.
