Notification opt-in prompt experiment: timing and framing for consent

Test the impact of when and how we ask members to enable notifications, since Amplitude benchmark data shows notification-enabled members book significantly more annual checkups. Control: current notification permission prompt shown at first launch. Treatment A: prompt shown after the member books their first appointment. Treatment B: prompt shown with explicit framing ('Members who enable reminders are 2x more likely to complete their care plan'). Primary metric: notification opt-in rate. Secondary metric: 30-day appointment completion rate per treatment group.
