Add a cohort retention view to my product dashboard

Add a cohort retention chart to my product dashboard for users who completed onboarding. Show weekly cohorts and retention at 1, 2, 4, and 8 weeks. Use our standard cohort definition and add a brief summary of the top-performing cohort in the chart title or description.
