Amplitude Transparency Report

Overview

As part of Amplitude’s ongoing commitment to transparency about our privacy policies and practices, we have produced this transparency report on public authority and government requests for Customer Data. Like most U.S. companies, Amplitude may be subject to requests from public authorities and government agencies to disclose Customer Data. Unless Amplitude is prohibited from doing so by law, Amplitude shall attempt to redirect such requests to the relevant customer. If Amplitude is legally prohibited from notifying the customer, then we will take steps to notify you of the demand in accordance with our Data Processing Addendum.

As of the date of publication, Amplitude has not received any public authority or government requests for Customer Data from the U.S. or any other country.
