Create a 2-question in-app survey for users who abandoned their cart in the last 48 hours without purchasing. Question 1: 'What stopped you from completing your purchase?' (Price too high / Shipping cost / Just browsing / Found it cheaper elsewhere / Changed my mind / Technical issue / Other) Question 2 (open text): 'What would have made you more likely to buy?' Trigger on next app open, suppress after one response or after the user completes a purchase.
