Compare activation and retention outcomes between members who enabled push notifications during onboarding and those who did not. Measure: (1) 30/60/90-day appointment booking rate, (2) care plan task completion rate, (3) 3-month retention. Show the lift notification opt-in provides at each milestone and identify at what point in the member lifecycle the gap between groups is largest — this is where a re-permission prompt would have the highest ROI.
