Early engagement signals: week-1 viewing that predicts 3-month retention

Identify which behaviors in a new subscriber's first 7 days are most predictive of them still being a paying subscriber at 3 months. Rank by predictive power: hours watched in week 1, number of distinct genres sampled, completion of at least one full series season, notification opt-in, adding content to a watchlist, watching on 2+ devices. Recommend the 1–2 behaviors to drive most aggressively in the onboarding flow, and quantify the retention lift each provides.
