Where: Navigate to Data 1 Properties 1 Channels. New orgs and projects will already see [Amplitude] Default Channels created for them. The classifier is fully editable and deletable. When creating a new classifier manually, the updated rule set is also the new default template.

When: Live now for all new orgs and projects. Optional migration plan for existing accounts to add the new classifier alongside any existing ones (no overwrites).
