In-app guide for users who haven't completed onboarding

Create an in-app guide for users who have not completed the onboarding_completed event. Trigger on app open after 2nd session. Steps: highlight key feature and CTA to complete onboarding. Keep the guide short (2-3 steps) so we do not overwhelm them.
