About this template
This dashboard contains critical topline metrics to understand how your premonetization value delivery works. Those are at any scale the minimum metrics you want to look at to know whether what you deliver into the market is progressing into the correct direction and how it turns into money, or not.
The separation per ICP's is an important dimension that warns you for movements in specific segments without being drowned in too many metrics. This is especially helpful if we have a mixed pipeline between enterprise and self-served prospects.
