What it is: The HTTP API Source accepts feedback over HTTP in three formats: standalone comments, threaded conversations (like support tickets with replies), and call-style flows structured as turn-by-turn exchanges or full transcripts. Feedback lands in AI Feedback and gets analyzed alongside data from native connectors. It fills the gap for tools without a direct Amplitude integration: NPS platforms, custom survey systems, internal review queues, or anything your team has built in-house.
