Description: Amplitude MCP connects external AI clients to Amplitude so that customers and agents can interact directly with our data and functionality, wherever they want to work. PMs, analysts, and marketers can prompt in natural language then have AI iteratively call/query Amplitude tools to find insights. Developers can build internal AI agents and workflows that use Amplitude data in conjunction with their other context sources to discover even richer insights and complete actions.
Why: MCP was made for data analysis - customers can ask simple natural language questions then lean on AI to help them navigate their data and complex analyses. This dramatically lowers the floor for the average Amplitude user to derive insights and value from our data and platform.
