Better shadow DOM support for Guides and Surveys

Description: Guides and Surveys can now select elements inside open shadow DOMs

Why: We already supported targeting elements within a shadow DOM, but now you can just use our click selector like any other element.

Where: Guides and Surveys element recorder and click trigger configuration (web only)
