Description: After reviewing 2025 customer tickets, the team identified a significant concentration of issues related to streaming transformation limitations around special properties. To improve customer experience and reduce support load, we prioritized a set of improvements and clarifications in Q4. Below is a summary of what’s been addressed:

• Rename Amplitude User property not work (e.g. version, device family) - fixed
• Custom FTL does not work with special property - it indeed works, improve public doc
• Nested property (e.g. derived prop relying on merged prop) is not supported - hide most nested property on UI
• Channel + Lookup property might not work if there are multiple filter clauses - fixed
• Custom event does not work with some property - UI properly hides it, improve public doc
• Cart property does not work - hide it from UI
• Mapping section does not work - fixed
• Customers are not aware of what is limitation - improve doc + highlight the doc link in streaming setup.
