Description: Adds the ability to create a Desktop app (e.g. an Electron app) within the G&S project settings. This enables us to support desktop-specific workflows for Guides and Surveys

Why: Desktop-type apps have different requirements than a standard web app. By letting our users specify a guide or survey is intended for their desktop apps we'll be able to tailor different experiences and setup appropriately within the dashboard.

Where: Users can enable a desktop app via their Guides & Surveys project settings. You can then experience the new preview flow by creating a desktop-type guide or survey and starting preview as usual.
