Freeform event + property names for G&S triggers

Until now we only allowed tracked events + properties for Guides & Surveys triggers. However, there are cases where a customer wants to trigger a guide or survey based on an event/property that either (a) has not yet been tracked; (b) that will never be tracked to Amplitude.

Now these customers can happily trigger their guides/surveys as desired :slightly_smiling_face:
