Description: Amplitude’s enhanced out-of-the-box channel classifiers automatically group traffic from sources and referrers like Paid and Organic Search, Email, Affiliates, LLM channels, and more.
Why: Your dashboards and Global Agent clearly show trends and impact from every channel investment without any added analytics set-up.
Where: Navigate to Data 1 Properties 1 Channels. New orgs and projects will already see [Amplitude] Default Channels created for them. The classifier is fully editable and deletable. When creating a new classifier manually, the updated rule set is also the new default template.
Available in EUDC: Yes
When: Live now for all new orgs and projects. Optional migration plan for existing accounts to add the new classifier alongside any existing ones (no overwrites).
