Every year, we celebrate the customers turning data into direction and insights into impact. This year, we’re excited to introduce The Ampys—a refreshed version of our annual customer awards, honoring the bold, brilliant work happening across analytics, experimentation, AI, and beyond. Formerly known as the Pioneer Awards, The Ampys will continue to spotlight the people and companies pushing boundaries, driving change, and shaping the future of digital excellence.

Why The Ampys matter

The Ampys celebrate the customers who go above and beyond with Amplitude to unlock insights, test and learn at scale, and put the customer at the center of every decision. Whether it’s through analytics, experimentation, or audience activation, these awards highlight individuals and teams driving measurable impact through innovation and data. Past winners from the Pioneer Awards included leaders from Glassdoor, FanDuel, Appfire, and Taco Bell. These awards celebrated substantial achievements, like a significant increase in conversion rates by simplifying the user experience, or accelerating experimentation and product instrumentation across 30+ apps.

What’s new for 2025

This year’s program features refined categories that highlight a wide range of impact, from AI innovation to cross-functional transformation, across key roles and business outcomes:

  • Excellence in Data Analytics recognizes a company committed to strategic growth and activation driven by analytics
  • The Transformer leads the transformation to a customer-first, data-driven culture

Additionally, we have two categories that will be selected by Amplitude (no submission required):

  • Pathfinder(s) of the Year showcases our top community members
