Can you tell us about yourself and how you landed your role at Amplitude?
I’ve spent most of my career in revenue and go-to-market operations—helping SaaS companies drive predictable and scalable revenue. I joined Amplitude because I was genuinely drawn to its mission: empowering companies to better understand their customers through data. After seeing how Amplitude uncovers growth levers, I knew I wanted to be on the other side—helping teams do the same. It felt like a natural next step: combining my analytics background, curiosity, and love for problem-solving.
How have you seen Humility—through openness, vulnerability, or transparency—unlock better outcomes for your team or Amplitude as a whole?
Humility creates the space for honest discussion and shared ownership. At Amplitude, I always feel safe admitting I don’t have all the answers, and so do my peers and cross-functional partners. Collaboration then becomes far more effective. The best outcomes come from open debate—where titles don’t matter and the best idea wins. That mindset helps us challenge assumptions, pressure-test data, and build more thoughtful strategies. It’s not about being right; it’s about getting it right together.
How does our Humility value shape your approach to work?
Humility keeps me focused on learning over proving. In RevOps, it’s easy to think the “data” always has the answer—but humility pushes me to listen first, understand context, and co-create solutions with my cross-functional partners and peers. I try to approach every project with the mindset that others’ perspectives will make it better. That’s how we earn credibility and drive real impact together.
We admire Ampliteers who go above and beyond to ensure success for our customers and the business. What inspires you to be extraordinary in your role at Amplitude?
Amplitude sits at the intersection of data and human behavior, and that’s incredibly inspiring. Everything I work on can directly influence how our teams drive customer value, and that keeps me motivated. I’m also inspired by my peers—people here genuinely care about doing their best work, which raises the bar for everyone. It’s a culture that makes “extraordinary” feel like the standard.
What personal or professional goals are you excited about for the future, and how do you envision Amplitude playing a part in your growth?
Professionally, I’m excited to continue to deepen my expertise in guiding go-to-market strategy as we expand across APAC. Personally, I want to keep growing as a people-first leader who helps teams work smarter and more empathetically. Amplitude plays a big role in both: it’s a place that challenges me technically while surrounding me with brilliant, humble peers who model what great leadership looks like. I see Amplitude as the perfect environment to keep learning, contributing, and scaling impact.
