Raven is a Chicago-based design leader with over a decade in user experience and research. She holds a Master of Science in Human-Computer Interaction from DePaul University. Her work focuses on scaling teams, operationalizing design and research, and driving growth through analytics adoption. Recently, she led a five-year transformation initiative at a major organization, integrating analytics into the product development lifecycle and standardizing design and research practices.
