This series installment spotlights , Partner Product Marketing Manager and recent winner of Amplitude’s Values Award for Growth Mindset for Q2 2025.

Amplitude’s Growth Mindset value is all about embracing change, learning from setbacks, and seizing new opportunities. We asked Anita what a Growth Mindset means to her.

Can you tell us about yourself and how you landed your role at Amplitude?

I live in Brooklyn, where I spend my free time diving into films, fashion, and Ninja Creami recipes. I started my career in SQL-heavy strategy and analytics roles, so I’ve felt the pain of not having self-serve tools like Amplitude. When I moved into product marketing, I discovered a love of storytelling for technical data products. Joining Amplitude in Partner Product Marketing felt like the perfect fit—connecting the dots between our product, our partner ecosystem, and the customer stories that bring it all to life.

How does Amplitude’s culture reflect a Growth Mindset?

From day one, I’ve felt encouraged to experiment and learn. On the product marketing team, we’re constantly testing new tools and approaches. What I love is the lack of ego: even as a market leader, Amplitude stays curious and open to insights from startups, customers, and our community. My manager, , sets that tone by giving me the space to take risks. That mindset creates space for projects like piloting new partners or scrappy marketing activations, where experimenting and iterating quickly is part of the process, not something to be afraid of.

How does our Growth Mindset value shape your approach to work?

For me, Growth Mindset is about never closing the door on learning. In my role, that means constantly asking how we can tell better partner stories, support customers in new ways, or stretch into new markets. Every day I’m exposed to a different kind of partner—sometimes it’s diving into a technical integration, other times it’s unpacking an emerging agent use case. That variety keeps me curious and pushes me to keep growing across a wide skill set.

We admire Ampliteers who go above and beyond to ensure success for our customers and the business. What inspires you to be extraordinary in your role at Amplitude?

A big part of it is the freedom to bring my whole self to work, which motivates me to bring my best self to work. The other part is how cross-functional my role is. I get to work with an amazing mix of people, from solution architects and partner sales managers in the field, to AI engineers and content marketers behind the scenes, to ecosystem partners, agencies, and cloud alliances externally. Everyone brings different strengths, but we’re all working toward the same goal.

What personal or professional goals are you excited about for the future, and how do you envision Amplitude playing a part in your growth?

I’m just getting started! I’m especially excited about two things: expanding Amplitude’s use cases for marketers and shaping our place in the AI ecosystem with our innovative partners. Both of these strategic goals push me to think creatively and build impact in areas where the playbook is still being written.
