Nimisha is a Product Manager at Uber, focused on enhancing road safety and driving behavior by leveraging AI to quantify risk, promote safer marketplace trips, reduce dangerous driving behaviors, and save millions of dollars in insurance costs for Uber.

Before joining Uber, Nimisha worked at Microsoft, where she contributed to multimedia and content recommendations, and at Instacart, where she applied data science to improve offer promotions. Nimisha sits on the industry board of advisors at the University of Washington Seattle and is a champion for women in tech. She holds a Master’s degree from the University of Washington Seattle and a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Surathkal in India.
